A great new recipe by the kosher guru
Fall is around the corner, the kids are back in school, and I need to come up with quick healthy dinners. For me I turn to the famous sheet pan to just get the job done!!! I put all my ingredients on the pan, pop it in the oven, and voila dinner is done. It’s easy to clean up and I don’t have 10 pots that I now have to clean and put away. I love sausages, not sure if you know that but I really really do, especially the Meal Mart brand ones!!! And Meal Marts sausage variety from mild to spicy pleases everyone. I also love color, and autumn is the time we see all the leaves turning colors into oranges, reds, and yellows. This dish was inspired by fall and the turning of the leaves. Sausage and tri-colored peppers, when I made this for the kids they devoured it within minutes of me putting it down. So simple yet gets the job done. You can serve this dish as a main, a side dish or in a sandwich, super versatile and yum. This is easy to make less, than 5 ingredients and you and your kids will love it!!!

Ingredients
- 1 package f any variety Meal Mart sausages sliced on a bias (I like it spicy so I used hot Italian)
- 1 large sweet onion sliced
- 1 red pepper cut into thin strips
- 1 orange pepper cut into strips
- 1 yellow pepper cut into strips
- Salt and pepper if you feel the need (I personally didn’t need it with all the flavor from the sausages)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut up all veggies, onions, and sausages.
- Add all ingredients to a sheet pan sprayed with non stick spray.
- Place in oven after 10 minutes mix the sausage and peppers around.
- Place back into oven for another 10-15 minutes mixing it around in 5 minute intervals to make sure it doesn’t stick and the sausage flavor gets disbursed with the onions and peppers.
- When it’s done, veggies should have a nice caramel color and sausages should have some nice color too.
Enjoy!
