About the author

Elisa Levi

I have always loved the kitchen. My fondest memories are of my mother and grandmother baking and cooking together for the holidays. One of my favorites was watching my Hungarian bobba stretch strudel dough for hours till it was paper thin. I admit I don’t have the patience and frankly the skill for that but I do have the motivation to share with you my Kosher kitchen. This blog will show you my favorite recipes, a combination of my Ashkenazi heritage and my husband’s Moroccan flavors. You can Follow me on instagram here or check out my blog here
