Pesach is one of my favorite holidays! I love the new dishes, the challenge in the kitchen in creating dishes that fit for pesach.
Here I am sharing the perfect recipe for your perfect Chol Hamoed breakfast!
Crust less Quiche
Ingredients:
1 leek, sliced
1 box of mushrooms, sliced
7 eggs
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Salt+ pepper
Directions:
In a frying pan sauté the leeks until golden, add the mushrooms and sauté until the mushrooms are soft and browned.
In a large bowl beat the eggs well with a fork, add the rest of ingredients including the mushrooms and mix well.
Transfer to an 8” inch baking tray and bake on 180c/ 350f for 45 -55 minutes (until golden on top)
