Sheet pan Turbot by Jacqueline Elbaz | @stuffffed

 

Delicious and easy sheet pan fish recipe! Perfect for Shavuot!

Ingredients:

4 pieces turbot(or any other white fish can be used)
1 bag of artichoke bottoms, sliced in 3
Juice of 1 and a half lemons
Pinch of salt
2 heaping tablespoons of zatar
Instructions:
Bake on a lined metal sheet pan tray at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes!
