Sometimes I even make it plain and eat with a spoon of crunchy nut butter! This recipe is all protein, lite, vegan, nutritious and can double as a meal not just dessert! So have your “cake” and eat it too! Chag Sameach!
16 ounces firm tofu
Pinch salt
1/4 cup stevia in the raw
Vanillin powder or a tbspn of vanilla extract
2 heaping tablespoons raw tahini 
2 tablespoons arrowroot (or potato starch or corn starch) dissolved in 6 ounces of unsweetened almond or coconut milk
Place all in blender. Blend.
Place parchment paper on Pyrex dish or make any crude you like and pour the mixture on top. 
I like to top with berries-
Granola- or lemon/ orange zest
Cover and bake in oven at 350 for 35 min u til toothpick inserted comes out clean!
