Beautiful Mini Honey Cakes that will wow your guests this Yom Tov!


– 1/3 cup brown sugar ;

– 5 eggs;

– 3-4 tbsp. vegetable oil;

– 1/2 cup honey (or date honey);

– 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg);

– 1 cup flour;

– 1/2 tsp baking powder;

– 3 tbsp bread crumbs;

– 1/3 tsp vanilla bean paste;

– 1/3 tsp almonds extract;

– 1/2 tbsp strong tea or coffee.


Eggs beat up with sugar, add the date honey, vegetable oil, vanilla paste, almond extract, mix. Add baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, flour, bread crumbs and tea or coffee, mix with a mixer until smooth. Pour the dough into a mold, bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees (look at readiness).
