This mac n cheese is so good! I love the contrast between the crispy texture from the BBQ Potato chips and the creamy pasta. Hope you and your family enjoy it as much as we did!
- 16 oz elbow macaroni , cooked according to package instructions
- 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- kosher salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup each shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated pepper jack cheese
- 2 cups BBQ potato chips, crushed
- 2 tbsp melted butter
375; coat casserole dish w/ butter. Add pasta to a large bowl. Stir in cream cheese, cream, egg, spices and cheeses. Top with BBQ potato chips and melted butter. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown
