I have always loved the kitchen. My fondest memories are of my mother and grandmother baking and cooking together for the holidays. One of my favorites was watching my Hungarian bobba stretch strudel dough for hours till it was paper thin. I admit I don’t have the patience and frankly the skill for that but I do have the motivation to share with you my Kosher kitchen.
