Delicious Cheesy Churros! A perfect fried treat to try this Channukah!


Flour 0000 800 grs
Mashed potatoes 200 grs
200 cc water
200 cc milk
Fine salt 1 tbsp
Grated Parmesan cheese 50 grs

For the churros dough, boil the milk and the water and when it heats, pour the flour at once. Salt, season with nutmeg, stir until the dough comes off the edges. Add the mashed potato and continue stirring until nicely mixed . Remove from heat and add the grated cheese and chopped rosemary.
knead the mixture by hand or on a strand mixer. place the dough on a churro maker, cut the churros and fry it on hot oil.
Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese and any of your favorite herbs, like oregano, basil.
