Once a year I take out gallons and gallons of oil and fry away to my hearts content! My family loves it and looks forward to it! I these deep fried Oreos are a real treat! So crisp on the outside soft and chocolaty on the inside! A perfect Channukah treat!
Deep Fried Oreos

- 1/2 cup coffee creamer
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- Oil for frying
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, except for the cookies. It will be very thick but a drop runny
- In a big pot heat approx 3 cups of oil and dip the cookies into the batter and carefully place in the hot oil. It should start bubbling right away. When the cookie starts to turn brown flip it. And then take out when that side is also brown.

My name is Faigy Murray and I am an Insta Food Blogger. I’ve loved cooking ever since I was a little girl. I love to play around in the kitchen and take tradional every day recipes and take them up a notch or two. A little over two years ago I turned my dream into a reality by starting my page @mykitchen_mystudio where I get to share my passion for cooking and recipes with all of you. I also love to take pictures. I learned photography from my father who’s been a photographer for over 40 years and has taught me everything I need to know. Two months ago I launched my very own spice line. Union Spices I created my own spice blends, something I’ve been doing for years myself to make my life easier and decided to market it and share it with the world. They are currently in over 30 stores and on line! I live in Lakewood, NJ with my husband and 4 kids.
