Bouquet Cheese Filled Roses by Naomi Beroukhim|@deliciousbynaomi

 

A beautiful & delicious bouquet to enhance your Shavuot table. A tasty treat, these mini roses are everyone’s favorite. Perfect as a side dish or a snack. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Bouquet of roses
5 tomatoes
Green onions
Bay leaves or basil leaves
Filling:
1 Cup and a half ricotta
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 chopped garlic cloves
3/4 three full tablespoons Basil chopped
1/2 teaspoon Grated lemon
A small chopped jalapeño pepper. Take out the seeds
2 full tablespoons Onion (only the green portion is chopped)

Directions: Mix and fill.
