First impressions are everything! Whether you’ve been to The Ridge Steakhouse in Airmont or not, you will be blown away by their brand new location.
Their elegantly designed and constructed location just three doors down will be the new “IT” scene everyone will be talking about and making the drive to.
You can tell Chef Gustavo came back recharged and refreshed from his recent wedding and vacation with all his new and creative additions to the menu.
The delicacies on each plate was presented with exquisite detail and had the table oohing and aahing.
The Tomahawk steak, which is relatively new on the menu came out like a piece of artwork hooked on a canvas. The juices dripping off the steak had my mouth salivating more and more.
I always enjoy a good burger, but the Faux Cheeseburger was insanely delicious. The burger itself was full of flavor, and the additional creaminess of the “pareve cheese” topped it off. I had the privilege to sit with a fellow blogger who was not Jewish, and he couldn’t believe it was Pareve! You know that counts for something!
Every dish came out with heart and soul and was explained thoroughly by the chef himself. The staff was kind and attentive to all our requests and really made the experience enjoyable to another level. I cannot wait to make the drive out to Monsey again to eat at The Ridge Steakhouse in their new location.
